I dont know where to start with praise for River Town Floors and their installers. Starting with decorator-quality selecting the carpet to prompt delivery end expert installation ... just the best. Just look. A rug for the dining room, new runner for the stairs and carpeting for the bedrooms. We love Leeann.

This company was a pleasure to work with and the owner was very aware of our needs and was able to work within our budget. In the end, my kids have been enjoying the lush and soft carpet for our basement. The installers were also efficient and were able to remove & replace everything within a few hours! Amazing!

My family recently had LVP flooring installed in our kitchen and dining room. LeeAnn was thorough when she came to do the estimate and brought different samples for us to look through. It only took 2 weeks from when we selected the product to have the flooring put in (which only took an afternoon). Communication was also very quick and easy throughout the whole process. We had a great experience working with River Town Floors and would use them again.

With so many choices, LeeAnn made it easy to select two great options. Being able to bring sample boards home was helpful too. The installers worked very hard and did a great job! I would definitely use River Town Floors again.

From day one, River Town Floors made it easy. The expert advise in picking out the right floor for our Kitchen, to the installers. The installers were detailed oriented right down to matching the screws on the metal edge that was by the doors. They cleaned up after everything. I would give them ten stars. I love our new floor!!

LeeAnn schedule me for a free in-home consultation. I picked the Luxury Vinyl Flooring which I loved and I asked for the Luxury Vinyl Flooring to be on the upstairs steps too, LeeAnn suggested I go with a remnant Carpet as I am handicapped, and the wood would be slippery for me. She was very observant of me and the steps. The carpet is an excellent quality and a beautiful dark gray color..
On August 28,2024 I had Rivertown flooring company installed the Luxury Vinyl Flooring which. I had a 30-year old carpet which was stain faded and nasty and stunk! I don't recognize upstairs anymore. It is beautiful. I had 2 men professionally installed the Luxury Vinyl Flooring. They came around 9am and worked to around 5pm without stopping for lunch or a break.
LeeAnn stayed in constant communication with ne until the job was done abd the next day she came and inspected the work and to see how I liked every thing.

LeeAnn and her team did a wonderful job in our office. Her team was very accommodating with working nights and weekends as we are a business. The communication and workmanship was superb.

Just used River Town Floors and it was a great experience. I had an unexpected repair at my store and the office floor had to be torn up. Carpeting had to be replaced and I contacted LeeAnn. She came out right away, I chose the carpet, received a quote shortly after and the room was done not long after. The installer was great. Definitely will use LeeAnn again when I need flooring.
